Payment & Funding Options ...We are approved providers for Texas Medicaid and CHIPS, and preferred providers for many insurance and health care management companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and HMO Blue, FirstCare, Aetna, Alliance & BSA through IMS, CompCare, Magellan and Inroads Behavioral Health, Southwest Life and Health, United Health Care, City of Amarillo, and the list keeps growing. That means you're responsible for your deductible and your co-pays; we bill your insurance company for the balance. Check with your insurance carrier for detailed information about your coverage. At Amarillo Child and Family Counseling, no one will be turned away for an inability to pay. If you are un- or under-insured, we will negotiate a fee that fits your budget.At the very least, you will receive a referral to another source who can provide you and your child with quality services.
